My Philosophy and Expertise

You don’t need to be an athlete to feel strong again. Fitness Fusion was created to support adults who feel the aches, stiffness, or low energy that come with busy lives, stress, and age.


Sessions blend resistance training, Reformer work, and targeted core conditioning to improve posture, reduce pain, and restore confidence in daily movement.

My approach is grounded in:

My Gym

1:1 Personal Training (Garden Gym Studio – Epsom Downs with off-street parking)

My private air-conditioned studio is equipped with a carefully selected range of new and well maintained professional equipment, chosen to support strength, mobility, conditioning, and functional training across all ability levels.

A typical session may include:


• Reformer work for mobility, posture, and core activation
• Strength training using machines and free weights
• Functional Training and Bodyweight exercises
• Corrective exercises for back, hips, shoulders, and knees

Goal: improve functional fitness so everyday activities feel easier—lifting shopping bags, gardening, walking up stairs, playing with kids or grandkids, sitting and standing without pain.

My Training Style

My training style is grounded in controlled strength. Instead of chasing heavy lifts or fast reps, we focus on moderate loads with medium to high repetitions, moving with precision, stability, and purpose. Every exercise is performed with perfect form, full range of movement, and deliberate tempo—because strength built slowly is strength that lasts.

I use time-under-tension to engage the muscles deeply and safely. Slower repetitions increase awareness, protect the joints, and recruit the stabilising muscles that support your spine, hips, and shoulders. This approach builds not just power, but endurance, posture, and confidence in how your body moves.

You’ll never be rushed, pushed beyond safe limits, or thrown into high-impact workouts. Instead, we build strength intelligently—layer by layer—so your body gets stronger, more mobile, and less prone to aches and injuries. The aim is simple: a body that feels capable every day, not just in the gym.

Specific to you

Unlike many trainers who rush through a 60-minute block, my coaching is designed to give you space to progress safely. Sessions are typically longer than an hour, not because I want to fill time, but because your body—and your goals—deserve more than a stopwatch approach.

Before we begin any physical work, we take time to discuss the focus of the session, check how your body feels, and adjust the plan if necessary. Warm-ups and cool-downs are not squeezed into the “training window”—they are part of the experience, tailored to your joints, posture, and mobility. This means the full training portion of your session remains intact, uninterrupted, and purposeful.

With this extra time, we can safely work through higher-rep sets, slower tempos, and full ranges of movement without feeling hurried. You get to lift with control, focus on form, and build strength that translates to real life—not just the gym. At £40 per session, this offers more depth and value than the standard one-hour model: more attention, more care, and more opportunity to achieve lasting results.

Nutrition and Supplement Guidance

Good training starts with recovery and fuel. I provide practical guidance on:


• day-to-day nutrition for energy and weight management
• protein intake to support muscle growth
