Refund Policy

Fitness Fusion PT

At Fitness Fusion PT, all personal training services are provided on a pre-booked basis and time is reserved specifically for each client.

​

Single sessions and training packages are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or missed appointments.

​

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund and may be forfeited. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.

If Fitness Fusion PT is unable to deliver a booked session due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled or credited for future use.

In exceptional circumstances (such as illness or injury), refunds or extensions may be considered at the sole discretion of Fitness Fusion PT.

All refund requests must be made in writing. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
